The Analysis On Rural Human Investment And The Competition Of Small/Mediate Sized Enterprise

The dissertation is written under the background that The Center committee of Communist Party of China issued The NO.1 document and the climax of realizing new countryside of socialism is coming. The writer wants to express the difference from human resource and human Capital Investment essentially in the dissertation , to express the essence of human capital in Economics ,to define Small/Mediate Sized Enterprise on the viewpoint of growing-up, and to define the competition of small/mediate sized enterprise on the point of growing-up and health. The writer analyses the result of the competition of small/mediate sized enterprise will be when we increase the rural human capital investment.Firstly, the writer reviews the views of the former economists on the effect of labour on the economic system and illustrates that the concept of human capital is put forward when they realized that the factor of labour becomes more and more important on the contrast of the factor of capital. It is the factor of human capital which is the essential reason of'Slow Remains'and the essential reason of the competition of enterprise. Meanwhile ,the author considers human resource as labour of quantity and human capital as labour of quality. So there is not only much difference between human resource and human capital but also close link between them two.Secondly, the relation between competition and competing ability referring to, the author considers the core of competing ability is enterprise competing ability and put forwards the model of competing ability of small/mediate sized enterprise composing of the ability of health and the ability of growing-up.Lastly, based on investigation, the author draws the conclusion that the rural human capital makes great roles in small/mediate sized enterprise and increasing rural human capital investment will be able to enhance the competing ability of small/mediate sized...
