SMEs are the "vigorous factor" in the national economy and occupy a unique position in economic and social development.The state attaches great importance to the development of SMEs.However,the development of domestic SMEs faces prominent problems: first,the environmental pressure and cost pressure of enterprise transformation;second,the difficulty of financing,expensive financing,and poor financing channels;third,the issue of innovation ability.SMEs in Henan Province also face the above problems,but these issues are more different to figure: First,the SMEs in Henan Province mainly focus on traditional industries such as building materials,energy,textiles,and non-ferrous metals,and the pressure on environmental protection is greater;second,the capital market in Henan Province is still underdeveloped,direct financing channels for enterprises are limited,and financing costs are high.Third,the technological innovation capability of small and medium-sized enterprises in Henan Province is generally not strong,and they are at the lower end of the industrial value chain,and the overall product competitiveness is low.The key to solving the problem lies in technological innovation,and the key to innovation lies in the introduction,investment and institutional arrangements for encouraging innovation.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct a special study on the human resources and enterprise performance of SMEs in Henan Province.Based on the high-quality transformation and development of Henan Province,this paper focuses on the correlation between human capital and corporate performance of SMEs in Henan Province by means of literature analysis and empirical analysis.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part,the introduction.This section will determine the basic framework of the research,research methods,and summarize and refine the innovation points;the second part,the related literature review.This part will sort out and summarize the related literatures,and divide human resources into four categories: production,skill,management and innovation based on the characteristics of human resources;the third part is the analysis of the development status of small and medium-sized enterprises in Henan Province.This part draws on the definition and division criteria of existing SMEs,focuses on the development status of SMEs in Henan Province and the main problems they face,and studies the human resource constraints faced by SMEs in Henan Province.The fourth part is an empirical study on the relationship between human capital and enterprise performance of SMEs in Henan Province.This part will construct the corresponding model,put forward relevant hypotheses,conduct sample selection and data analysis,empirically analyze the relationship between human capital and enterprise performance of small and medium-sized listed enterprises in Henan Province,draw clear conclusions,and analyze the reasons for the formation.The fifth part,conclusion and suggestion.Based on the above conclusions,this section proposes based on the perspective of corporate performance improvement and looks forward to the development trend of the problem.The innovation of this thesis is mainly reflected in: First,enrich the theory of human resource management.According to the characteristics of human resources,this research divides it into four types: production,skill,management and innovation,and studies the correlation between it and enterprise performance,which enriches human resources theories to some extent.Second,the scope of application of human resources theory has been expanded.SMEs are the main force of employment,but the quantity,quality and structure of human resources demand have their own special requirements.The project uses 218 listed companies in Henan Province as a sample to analyze the human resources needs of small and medium-sized enterprises in Henan Province,and proposes targeted policy recommendations based on the actual situation in Henan Province.Henan Province is a typical agricultural province,a large population province,a large economic province,and rich in human resources.However,it faces prominent problems such as the transformation of rural population.The research on this issue has a certain typicality and can be used as reference for the same provinces in the development stage.
