China’s Rural Human Capital Space Distribution Measurement Research

Agriculture is the foundation and an important part of the national economy, it can ensure the sustainable development of our country’s economy. Rural Human Capital is the source of agricultural development, But because of the economic system structure transformation and the imbalance of the regional economic development, the rural human capital stock is not only too low now, and the distribution of the rural human capital is out of balance, These have seriously impede the development our country’s agriculture and villages. The difference of our rural human capital distribution is the inevitable result of our country economic system transformation and the rapid economic growth, it not only affects our country agriculture and rural development, and will lead to further regional economic imbalance development. Reducing the regional differences between rural human capital, directing it to good development play an important role in the new rural construction, the development of modern agriculture, protecting farmers’income stable growth and the realization of urbanization target. The research about China’s rural human capital current space distribution and its effect factors has important significance in the rapid development of the rural economy and the establishment of related policies implementationBased on some relative theories about human capital, this paper discusses the connotation and composition of human capital, including the accumulation processs and the evaluation index system of human capital. Then, the paper estimates rural residents human capital concentration distribution of our country by using gini coefficient and Location quotient, it then points out that China’s regional rural human capital space distribution characteristics. Finally the paper analyses the reason and the negative influences of the regional human capital concentration distribution characteristics, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures at the same time.
