On the basis of the thought of system , enterprise's modeling theory and the development of information technology, according to enterprise's resource planning ,this text has created a dynamic model ,after analyzing the successful factors of the mode of enterprise's project management and existing difficulties which will come out during the implementation. The purpose of creating the model is to make people related to projects grasp the pass road of information and the ways of resource allocation between projects and their relationship, and finally promote the success of implantation of "Enterprise project management".In the course of the study of the dynamic model, the first step is to lay out the mode of "Enterprise project management" from the overall point of view.
