In manufactories, Multi-Project Management has became the normality of project,anagement. In real Multi-Project Management, the biggest problem is how to distribute recourses.Based on the research fruition in the concept of multi-project management, and by combining the author’s practical working experience, this thesis analyzed the types, characteristics and problems of multi-project management in production-oriented enterprises, especially the puzzle in resource allocation. With the practical experience of HY, the author at first summarized the features of HY in multi-project management as a typical production-oriented enterprise, then analyzed its problems in resource allocation, and finally used related theories to explore the optimal method which is fit for project portfolio and resource allocation in manufactories and make reference example for similar manufactories.According to this thesis, multi-project management is a dynamic process in resource allocation, which needs to be changed with the fact. In production-oriented enterprises, the most influencing recourse is the HR. So the most important and the most effective solution is to enhance the ability of all team members. The author also provided some advice on that. Secondly, a smooth communication mechanism and a detailed business allocation and confirmation method should be established. The best and easiest solution for this problem is visualization, thus everyone’s working content and schedule should be expressed. Finally, the PM team should have its own team culture in order to get independent resource allocation. |
