Balanced Scorecard (BSC) was first introduced in the USA in early 90s by Drs. BSC not only provides enterprises a framework of innovative achievement assessment, but also brings us ideas and ways of the combination of corporate strategies and achievement evaluation and BSC makes the performance evaluation system a part of corporate strategic management as well. This dissertation aimed not only to design a performance evaluation method for an enterprise , but an integrated management measurement tool to improve the enterprise's strategic management, operation performance as well as its core competence via the following two stages:Based on the literature review over the research studies on BSC in western countries, BSC academic framework would be thoroughly evaluated and analyzed, as so would each of the four perspectives.
