Studies On Farmers'income From Household Business Of Main Grain-producing Area

The main grain-producing area is the main body of China agriculture production, especially of grain producing .Tthe condition in this area is good or not will directly affect the development of China agriculture development and grain producing. China grain producing is in evidence affected by entering WTO. The status of grain producing becomes more and more important. Recently, gross grain yield decreases sharply. The main reason is the decreasing yield in every hand and the decreasing planting area. With the grain yield decreasing, the increasing rate of the farmer's income in the main grain-producing area has grown slowly than the national level for lasting years. A few of pured-farmers'income keep lingering even decreasing. It not only makes the income gap between the urban resident and the farmer become larger and larger but also makes farmers' income gap between along the advanced area and the main grain-producing area becoming larger and larger. The farmer is the key factor of developing the grain producing and the farmers' income will directly affect the farmers'activities to plant the grain or not. Correspondingly the enthusiasms of farmers for planting grain restrict the grain producing and grain supplying. Just based on this background, we regard the farmers' income from household business in main grain-producing area as our research object. Applying comparative analysis, normative analysis and positive analysis, we start from the status and structure of farmers' income in main grain-producing area and analysis in quantity the factors that affecting the farmers' income from household business such as nature condition, primary products factor, agricultural model of production, agricultural technical advancement, agricultural investment and agricultural production materials. For more we summarize and analysis the factors which condition the increasing rate of farmers' income from household business in main grain-producing area at present. These factors are: agricultural technical effects not obvious; the space of farms'income increasing becoming small; agricultural structure adjusting slow, the channel of increasing farmers' income singleness; agricultural infrastructure weakness, the rate of decreasing because of natural disaster largerness;the rate of agricultural producing resources disharmony, increasing income depending on agriculture becoming difficulty; the quantity of rural labor unemployment largerness,agricultural productivity lowness. In the end we put forward the policy suggestions about increasing the farmers' income from household business.
