The Study And Implementation On The Overseas Developmental Strategy And Overseas Project Management Mode Of Xinjiang Petroleum Administrative Bureau

The petroleum and the natural gas are important strategic resources; they influence economy development, society progresses, and the national security. As the main enterprise of china oil industry, China National Petroleum Company speeds up the construction of the transnational enterprise, which have the advancement of international competitive power. This is the significant strategy of China National Petroleum Company. In recent years, along with gradual implementation of China National Petroleum Company overseas developmental strategy, and the increase of alien investment, the opportunity that enters the international technical service market of petroleum and natural gas project is provided to Xinjiang Petroleum Administrative Bureau, which takes the petroleum engineering technical service as the principal work after the reorganization. How to grasp the opportunity and win the initiative, how to formulate the overseas developmental strategy, and how to fully use the existing resources and unique geography position of Xinjiang Petroleum Administrative Bureau to develop international project technical service market, these are the main point of this paper.Through the analysis of the present situation, the overseas developmental condition, the petroleum development environment and the foreign trade development environment of Xinjiang Petroleum Administrative Bureau in this paper, the existing problems are discovered. The overseas developmental strategy plans of Xinjiang Petroleum Administrative Bureau are formulated with the SWOT analysis method.
