With the deepening of enterprise reform and the establishment of modern enterprise system in China, enterprise culture has received more and more attention from the outside. In the context of the knowledge economy,"culture"is playing so an important role in the market competition that someone even estimates enterprise culture is going to be a decisive element in the development of enterprises. Being an indirect factor, enterprise culture has an outstanding and lasting effect on the development of enterprises. We can reach such a conclusion from the great and enduring success of the world famous enterprises such as General Electric in America, Panasonic in Japanese and Haier in China: products with high quality, optimal services and profound culture accumulation, and we can perceive the roots of the two formers in the last one, namely profound culture accumulation. Enterprise culture, as a kind of management philosophy and method for modern enterprises, has been attached great importance by both enterprise circle and academic circle around the world. China as one participant of the world economy is also gradually enhancing the research on enterprise culture.
