In the new age of industrial economy, knowledge creation, sharing, diffusion and application will be the important force to boost economic growth. Knowledge is becoming more and more important resource in enterprises. Because knowledge resource's scarcity and importance, it advances further request to looking for and integrating knowledge resource in the whole social scope. The problem of transmitting the right knowledge to the right people at the right time, that is, just-in-time knowledge management problem, has become the key problem studied in knowledge management.Firstly, the theoretical foundations of just-in-time knowledge management are introduced, including Just-in-time theory, knowledge management theory and knowledge-based theory of the firm Secondly, the definition, objectives, and ideas of just-in-time knowledge management are introduced and analyzed. Knowledge logistics and physical logistics are contrasted and analyzed. On these bases, through the analysis of just-in-time knowledge management model advanced by Drs.K.Y.de Jong.et.al, the key problem of just-in-time knowledge management, that is the just-in-time match problem between knowledge demand and knowledge supply is decided. The further study on two key elements, knowledge demand and knowledge supply, and the problem of match between them are discussed. The difference between knowledge demand and product demand, the characteristics of knowledge demand are analyzed. Knowledge demand management process chart is advanced; the characteristics of knowledge demand management in different levers are contrasted. The key content and key approach of knowledge demand analysis are advanced. The constitutes of knowledge suppliers and key factors which influence knowledge supplier's selection are studied. Through the study onknowledge supply model advanced by John et. al, knowledge suppliers are made up of core group, associate group, peripheral group, and so on. The key factors which influence knowledge supplier's selection include knowledge supplier's knowledge lever, the value of knowledge, and the specialty degree of knowledge. After further study on factors which influence the match between knowledge demand and knowledge supply, the reasons and remedy measures of mismatch between knowledge demand and supply are advanced. Thirdly, an effective policy of match between knowledge demand and supply based on just-in -time, that is the construction of just-in-time knowledge sharing mechanism, is advanced. The conception of just-in-time knowledge sharing is advanced through just-in-time ideals integrating into knowledge sharing. The construction of just-in -time knowledge sharing mechanism through three aspects, organization, technique and culture, are advanced. At last, a case is described and analyzed in order to demonstrate the important meaning of just-in-time knowledge management problem, that is, the match problem between knowledge demand and supply. .
