With the acceleration of global economic integration and more advanced development of information technology, the customer demand is ever-changing, there are varied challenges for current enterprises. Therefore, enterprises must speed up the pace of building enterprise information and focus on process manange with reengineering and improving business process, improve management methods to enhance competitiveness and realize sustainable development.ERP technology is widely adopted as an important means for enterprise to adapt to the environment of global supply chain and agile manufacturing systems; BPR brings enormous benefit as management measure through optimizing resource and meet with fast development of management system of enterprises and supply chain, their relationship are more and more closed in enterprise's management. The article comprehends and summarizes the basic concept and the core elements of ERP and BPR, system analyze the relationship between ERP and BPR based on the results of recent studies; taking the ERP project in IPSEN as the background, research the status of management and problems existing in it, then find the differences and gaps between reality and standard, analysis the system requirement including production management, material management, sales project management; do reengineering for their process according the BPR principles to provide the adaptive environment for ERP and match the business process and system perfectly, at the same time, define the key facts of ERP implementation as and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to ensure the enterprise implement ERP successfully.The research aims at designing and reengineering the current process to make basis management facts integrate with ERP system to help improve the successful implementation rate. The result of article can provide theoretical support and realistic directive for IPSEN and other enterprises implementing ERP.
