Tradition Model Of Family Business

Family business is one of the most common form of business organization in the world top 500 enterprises have 176 families, accounting for more than a third. In our more than 300 million private enterprises, family businesses also accounted for more than 80% ratio. Family businesses not only to implement a modern enterprise system, but limited to the core control of family members, so the family business in general is facing a "helm" shift the problem, whether family members should be limited within the tradition, or should be extended to family members to carry out the transfer of peripheral? In this paper, the full use of the existing literature, based on the mode of inheritance of family businesses are discussed.Paper first introduces the preface, a brief description of the family business heritage significance of the study and the current academic status for the study of this issue, and then analyze the family business and the definition of family business heritage and its development status, followed by an analysis of the family business succession model, including a young family of companies, middle-aged and management into the period, work together and let go of and receiving of the other stages, and then introduces the mode of inheritance of family business - "inherited his father's" pattern and influencing factors , on this basis, focuses on the family business inheritance problems, mainly related to the heirs, old and new internal and external environment and the cultural conflicts and so on. Paper introduces the last part of the characteristics of family firms, credit institutions of family status and cultural background of our proposed strategy of family business heritage. At present, China's family business is entering the peak shift, how to choose the right successor, family enterprises are facing some of the more prominent problem. Inheritance mechanism to establish the scientific enterprise, for guiding the company successfully completed the succession process, the sound development of enterprises of great strategic significance.
