The tradition of family business power means the process for both ownership and control of the family business passing from generation on to the next generation, but also the family’s property, reputation and social status of the transfer. Inheritance of power from the formal point of view is the replacement of the post of the head and handover, but in fact it is a corporate internal changes related to the sustainable development of the family business, and even life and death. Therefore, system analysis of existing succession process of family business succession planning issues, science and the development of family enterprises for the guidance of our family enterprise smooth transition, get rid of "the rich but three generations" cycle has important theoretical and practical significance.This study takes Zouping family business as the object, studying on the family enterprise heritage influencing factors in the system, according to the in-depth research on the theoretical basis of the results of the Chinese and foreign scholars in the past. Through the methods of questionnaire survey, correlation analysis, regression analysis and other methods, we explored Zouping family business intergenerational transmission of influencing factors, finding some obstacles of the family business on the intergenerational transmission problems. The results indicate that family factors and family business heritage will play a significant role in all the factors, especially family factors which play a leading role in the intergenerational transmission of family business. Second, there are significant differences in any culture and age on succession planning arrangements. Higher education in any successor object successor training program on enterprise development as the most important, more visionary, willingness to make institutional arrangements earlier. Combined with China’s actual family business, Zouping family business has to face the current situation for intergenerational heritage, putting forward some measures to solve the problem of the Zouping intergenerational transmission of family business, including the establishment of the institutional environment of the family business heritage, cultivate conducive to family business tradition corporate culture and scientific culture successor, the incumbent for the family business provides recommendations to ensure the healthy development of the family business.
