Currently, the supply chain collaborative scheduling has become a popular topic of supply chain management. It has important theoretical and realistic meaning to carry on a thorough analytical and comprehensive research on the coordination in supply chain management.Based on the summary of related research results both at home and abroad, the thesis studies collective production scheduling between suppliers in the supply chain and multi-suppliers and manufacturers, which focuses on coordination mechanism of supply chain.In order to achieve synchronization and agility of scheduling in supply chain, the main points and innovations of the paper are as follows.(1) Study aims at collaborative scheduling of supplier and supplier in supply chain. The conception of operating manufacture cell is proposed. The operating manufacture cell is the tie of the collective production of suppliers. Aimed at minimizing processing time of supplier, the model of collaborative scheduling in supply chain has been established. The indicator of balance scheduling time is proposed which is used to assess the scheduling results of multi suppliers and manufacturer.(2) Study aims at collaborative scheduling of multiple suppliers and manufacturer in supply chain. After allocation of production tasks and scheduling are taken into account, the collaborative production procedure between one manufacturer and multiple suppliers in supply chain is discussed. For the sake of actualizing supply chain's agility, aimed at minimizing the makespan, the model of collaborative scheduling in supply chain is established.(3) Both coding methods are developed in this thesis. Hybrid double-coding is applied to the model of multi suppliers scheduling. In addition, the integer coding is applied to solve that model of scheduling in suppliers and manufacturer.(4)Study collaborative scheduling by multi-suppliers, taking the production of some large-scaled machinery as an example. The machinery is divided into several parts which are produced in multi-suppliers. As the total processing time by suppliers is uneven, the collaborative operation can not be realized, which gives rise to the result that the stock of supply chain will be increased. By adopting the method put forward in this thesis, the degree of balance of suppliers'production reaches 3.4 %, which means that it is possible to realize collaborative operation.
