| With the development improvement of market economy,competition among enterprises has turned into a competition among the supply chain.Enterprises scheduling as an important component of the manufacturing production management,only studied from single and isolated from the enterprise internal to the modern enterprise already cannot satisfy the requirement.Research on collaborative scheduling method of enterprise in the supply chain environment can make reduce cost effectively,improve the production management level of enterprise market in the new competitive environment,so that achieve the overall supply chain efficiency.So it has the important theoretic and practical significance.This thesis analysis the research work about coordination of supply chain scheduling by international and domestic scholars,summarized the problems existing in the current coordination of supply chain scheduling,such as the overall interests of the supply chain is small,delivery time delay etc..For the problems that exist in the above,this thesis proposes a method of collaborative supply chain based on genetic algorithm,in order to improve the overall interests of the supply chain and ensure delivery.The main research work done as follows.Firstly,summarize the characteristics of collaborative production scheduling based on the analysis supply chain collaborative production planning and scheduling method and related problems.Aiming at the collaboration of each node enterprises in the manufacturing process,focused on supply chain collaborative scheduling problems,formed the supply chain collaborative production planning and scheduling process of supply chain;Secondly,this thesis proposes a method of evaluate production capacity of supply chain node enterprises.it analyzes related factors of the supply chain collaborative production,construct the supply chain production capacity evaluation model,then,the evaluation method of production capacity is obtained through use the dijkstra algorithm and realize the evaluation of the production capacity of the node enterprise effectively;Thirdly,the establishment of supply chain collaborative production scheduling model is based on the evaluation of enterprise production capacity.Using the process route method and taking the supply chain collaboration production scheduling as the objective,establishing a collaborative production scheduling based on operation,it solves the supply chain collaborative production scheduling problems;Finally,this thesis designed the genetic algorithm for solving the production scheduling model and calculated it.Using the work piece encoding method and taking the maximizing profit of the supply chain as the objective,designing a new more effective crossover operator,on this basis,it designs the genetic algorithms detailed.At last,it gets a good scheduling effect through an example. |
