The improvement of technology level and the globalization of increasing trade make the social economics reach to the new level. This means that all kinds of companies will face more intense competitions and severe challenges. If the enterprises want to further survive, they must strengthen their management level of supply chain to realize the high efficiency and low cost operation mode. Production and distribution are important parts of supply chain for every enterprise. Research on the integration of production and distribution problem can effectively improve benefits of the whole supply chain. Variability of market environment brings new challenges to enterprises. Thus, the enterprises must effectively deal with the uncertainty of market. In supply chain, there exist many uncertainties and these factors may be random or fuzzy, or they are stochastic and fuzzy properties simultaneously. In this thesis, we study a class of supply chain scheduling problem for multi-factories based on the fuzzy or fuzzy and random cases of producing parameters. In the supply chain consisting of multi-factories and a customer, the research will be performed about order assignment, producing arrangement and distribution scheduling after receiving the customers' ordering. We study on the integration of production and distribution with uncertain parameters based on the certain supply chain scheduling problem and uncertain scheduling problem. In the integration problem of production and distribution, we use fuzzy and fuzzy random variables to represent production cost and production time. The expected value model is set up represent the total time for completing all orders and total transportation cost for production as evaluation index. Respectively, we design a genetic algorithm for the problem to calculate the optimal scheduling scheme.
