Abstract/Summary:
The introduction of modern logistics began in the 1980s. Until the end of the 20th century, the theory of logistics and technology research focused largely on enterprise, industry, urban and other areas. With the emergence of the large-scale agricultural production and the accelerated pace of urbanization, agricultural shipping, distribution, storage, logistics is increasingly becoming an important issue of the agricultural research. Distribution of agricultural products is about the distribution route optimization and distribution center location. This is the future of a class of dominant problems. There is more research and the basic theory of the more mature. There is less research about the forecast of the urban consumption of agricultural products and the agricultural products distribution center storage strategies. Prediction of consumption of agricultural products affects the supply and demand planning directly. The storage of agricultural products directly related to agricultural research strategies of fresh features and has a direct impact on farm storage costs. In this paper, the study is the inventory strategy of agricultural products distribution center, which is an issue about the number management. The first application is multiple regression theory and MATLAB algorithm taking into account relevant factors which include level of salary, level of price, customer's favorite and reason in the conduct inventory demand forecasting. A nine-month actual data is used to predict inventory needs of the first ten months and actual data of the first ten months is compared to make sure multiple linear regressions is feasible. Ten-month data is used to predict the results of the first eleven months by multiple linear regression method. The result is consisted with the overall trend. Second, in the sections of the composition analysis of agricultural inventory costs, five argricultural cost structure models are proposed, including ordering costs, storage costs, rot costs, shortage costs and the cost of replenishment. According to characteristics of agricultural products and distribution practices, continuous, discrete, and concepts such as probability is introduced and optimization model is established. Linear programming theory and MATLAB tools lead to identify the lowest cost of storage optimal safety inventory and supplement strategies. Finally, according to genetic algorithm and its tools, the strategy model about the agricultural warehouse stacking problem is established, which can make the floor area ratio largest. Finally, a strategic mode about the issue of agricultural warehouse stacking is introduced. The application of genetic algorithms and genetic algorithm MATLAB tools make the floor area ratio maximum. According to the results, the stacking method of the first layer is used to make sure more goods is placed up.
