Research On Inventory Management Optimization Of Agricultural Products Enterprises,Taking L Agricultural Products Co.,Ltd. As An Example

Fresh agricultural products are closely related to the daily life of residents.Compared with other commodities,fresh agricultural products also have their own characteristics of preservation and biological characteristics.The quality of fresh agricultural products is closely related to the health and living standard of residents.It is of great significance to pay close attention to the changes in the market price of fresh agricultural products and the quality of products at the supply side for ensuring the people’s livelihood.With the improvement of the theoretical system of fresh agricultural products inventory management and the gradual increase of the number of fresh agricultural products enterprises,the management has increasingly attached importance to the inventory management of fresh agricultural products enterprises.For the realization of the economic value of fresh agricultural products,inventory management is an indispensable part.The starting point of this study is the application and practice of traditional ABC classification in the inventory management of fresh agricultural enterprises.Taking the research results of relevant literature and the biological characteristics of fresh agricultural products as the starting point,by selecting L Agricultural Products Co.,Ltd.as the main research object,and based on the analysis of the current inventory management status of L Agricultural Products Co.,Ltd.,it is pointed out that there are still some deficiencies in the design of the inventory management system of this enterprise only based on the traditional ABC classification,It also sorted out the problems existing in the current inventory management of the enterprise and analyzed their causes.Combined with the theoretical achievements of inventory management,it comprehensively considered the demand forecast,storage and transportation management system improvement,and introduced AHP(analytic hierarchy process)to propose specific strategies for optimizing the inventory management of L Agricultural Products Co.,Ltd.The enterprises selected in this study have been operating for a long time in the local area,and their inventory management system and enterprise scale are generally representative in the local area.Based on the demand forecast,storage and transportation management system and the improvement scheme of comprehensive application of ABC+AHP classification method,compared with the traditional fresh agricultural product enterprise inventory management system,it has strong applicability and progressiveness.This paper studies the specific improvement scheme of inventory management proposed for L Agricultural Products Co.,Ltd.Although it is only applied to this enterprise at this stage,it will have some practical significance for the development of the whole fresh agricultural product industry in the future by taking the specific application of L Agricultural Products Co.,Ltd.as an opportunity to promote and apply and transform achievements.
