As an important part of national defense industry,Aerospace technology not only play an important role in safeguarding national security and national strategic target,but also have the effect that cannot ignore in promoting the construction of socialist market economy.At present,in dealing with financial crisis,the world powers are increased budget and investment,regards the space industry as the new economic growth power.Facing the new situation,Nation made a series of important strategic deployment of Aerospace technology.The change of environment has put forward the severe trial to the existence and development of Aerospace Corporation,as well as a good opportunity.Therefore,the study of strategic research in Aerospace Corporation is particularly urgent,effective strategy will have far-reaching meanings to the development of Aerospace Corporation.Using of the strategic theories,regarding F institute of CASC as research object,the thesis studied the strategic development of Aerospace Corporation in detail.Through the investigation and data analysis,and then made the corporation's strategic objective and whole strategy for the F institute of CASC.Furthermore,using organizations and Balanced Scorecard on strategy development,to mark efforts to the thesis' pertinence,practicability and effectiveness.for guaranteeing the strong execution of the strategy.It also provides systematic means for the strategic management process to improve the implementation deficiency for Aerospace Corporation.
