The System Design Of Performance Appraisal For The Project Department Of JXHE Company

In recent years,electric power construction enterprises have gradually become market. electric power construction enterprises grew under the protection of the power company has become history. Industry competition is mounting. In order to exist and develop, we must constantly improve our own management and reduce costs and maintain profits, insist on technological innovation. All these methods come down to corporate human resource management capacity. Enterprise performance management system is an important part of enterprise human resources management. Project department is a profit center of electric power construction enterprises. The management of project department is an important part of enterprise human resources management. Therefore, we must strengthen the project department performance management.In this paper, we redesigned the JXHE company project department performance management system using the results of the questionnaire, and Performance management theory and related technologies. First, we introduce the theory of performance Management and performance Management technology. Then, we analyze JXHE company project department current performance management system using the results of the questionnaire and interview. Third, we use Fish bone diagram method to find the key business success factors. We extract JXHE company project department key performance indicators (KPI) from the key business success factors. We use AHP to determine weights of indicators. Finally, We propose safeguards for the performance system to run.Hope that through this research project the company can use the performance system to improve the competitiveness of JXHE company.
