Performance Management is the most important tool and method in tlle management Of the manpower resources in the modern enterprise.Good performance is the objective oforganization , and the performance of an organization is implemented by the individuals. However,it has not exerted its vital influence in our national enterprise.For the Chinese enterprises which are competmg with those from developed countries after China enrolled in WTO,the management on the individuals' performance carries more realistic significance . Therefore , having a clear understanding of Performance Management,trying to rim the enterprise scientifically according to the realities of each enterprises and using the scientific assessment methods are quim essential to the accomplishment of the goal of the enterprise both in theory and in practice.From studying background, aim, object and significance, the paper puts forwardstudying train of thought and framework. In this paper, I attempt to analyze the problems existing in the Performance Management of Hengyang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. with the conclusion of the theories inland and overseas.Secondly, on the basis of the analyse, I put forward some general ideas and concrete plans in the Performance Management of Hengyang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.,including the objectives, principles and basic of the design of performance management. And put forward the Performance Management of Hengyang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Finally, in view of the difficulties and obstacles which may be cncountered in the implementation of new employee performance evaluation system, will provide related solutions, and pointed out the expected result of the evaluation and the problems that should pay particular attention to at the implementation process.The aim is that the single performance appraisal is replaced by the performance management which can enhance the whole performance and staff ability. The paper is also expected to offer some directions and advices for more enterprises.
