The related concept of knowledge management at domestic is introduced in thisarticle and the knowledge management school is divided into technical school,behaviorism and comprehensive school ,with describing the enterprise knowledgemanagement strategy and target, content, principle and enterprise knowledgemanagement techniques and methods. Focus on the knowledge management ofproject management of offshore petroleum enterprises,combing strategy of knowledgemanagement proposed by M.T.Hansen, coding strategy and individual strategy,with 6methods for knowledge management strategy implementation,which developed by thecenter of productivity and research in America,discuss the implementation ofknowledge management in offshore oil enterprises.discussing how to use theknowledge management of project management team construction and how toconstruct the support of knowledge management system .Combining organic and exogenous and inertia, variability and logical concordantattribute, using the biological model of knowledge development and projectmanagement maturity model, illustrates the recessive knowledge and explicitknowledge transformation and the reconstruction and diffusion of knowledge. Discussorganization learning and knowledge creativity of offshore engineering projects in theinternationalization.Combining a specific project management, using knowledgemanagement theory and method, optimization of the project organization, putsforward implementing internal and external in the same organization for differenttargets and environment. The practice proves two organizations coexisting is necessaryand feasible, and further illustrates the importance of knowledge management inoffshore oil enterprise management.
