As the urban-rural dual structure, and other factors, between urban and rural areas there are still a big gap, especially in rural areas to enjoy the Public Service and a very large gap between urban residents. This article based on the tax reform in China after the status of the supply of public goods in rural areas, urban and rural structure theory using the analytical framework, focusing on analysis of in-depth study using the current system of rural public goods supply system and the reason behind the shortage, put forward a sound counter measures.
