Modern logistics has become an effective way to improve efficiency and reduce cost for materials circulation nowadays.The construction business has been increasing year by year and the position of pillar industry of the construction is reflected and strengthened under the overall situation that national economy keeps lasting growth. But with the economic globalization and aggravation of competition gradually, problems and threat that China's construction industry faces are in many aspects. The final purpose of modern logistics is to offer the high-quality service with the minimum cost.To realize this purpose,it is essential to optimizate the key links of logistics.Aiming at the problem of the construction logistics, combined of the characteristics and the special needs of the construction industey,"The Optimization of the Key Links in The Construction Logisitic Based on The Information Technology"studys the the optimization of the key links in the construction logisitic. The main contents include:Firstly, get the necessity and the purposes of research based on the analysis of the study of the current research status of the foreign and domestic logistics and construction logistics.Secondly, based on analysis of the general logistics and supply chain, combined of the characteristics of construction industry and construction logistics, the key links in the construction logistics are selected, and the corresponding optimization strategy are confirmed.Thirdly, On the basis of optimization strategy given above and combined with the relationship between the procurement and stocks, the model of Joint Management Inventory for the construction industry is set up according to the analysis of the characteristics and the problems in the procurement and stocks management in the construction industry. The optimization model of VRP for the construction is set up according to the analysis of the problems in the transportation management of building materials, the optimization strategy given above and the characteristics of the construction industry, such as the liftings of vehicle is less than demanded, the distribution process is time-limited and conditions of the storage in the construction site is limited. Aiming at these two models, the article introducs optimization process by using the genetic algorithm and MATLAB.Finally, case analysis comes. Takes Fujian SO real estate company and Fujian BSs building materials company as an example, the article gives the optimal solution and the parameters and depply verified the superiority of the optimization of the key links in construction logistics.The research has positive meanings to enrich and promote logistics management theory for the construction industry, control the project expenses rationally, reduce the construction cost of the project effectively and accelerate the project progress.
