Research On Optimization Of BIBF Logistics With Information Technology

With the development of convention and exhibition industry becoming more and more internationalized,exhibition logistics,as the supporting industry of exhibition industry,has been paid more and more attention to.The development of convention and exhibition logistics in our country lags behind the development of exhibition industry for a long time.There are many reasons for it.It is one of the main reasons that the information technology has not been used effectively in the logistics operation.This also led to China's Convention and exhibition logistics enterprises and foreign logistics enterprises in the service far.In this paper,through the introduction of supply chain and information ecology chain theory analysis of the status quo and problems of The BIBF(Beijing international book fair)logistics,that in practice due to the lack of information technology,resulting in low efficiency of exhibition logistics,logistics cost increase the actual problem.This article mainly uses the literature researc h method and case analysis method.Through the analysis of the present situation of the logistics of The BIBF,the conclusion is drawn that the usage of information technology is insufficient.The supply chain theory was introduced to analyze the practical operation process of The BIBF logistics in all aspects,which makes sure that it is possible to apply information technology in every aspect in the BIBF.According to the development process of the logistics,the detailed description was elaborated that RFID technology is beneficial to the storage process of BIBF logistics.The EDI technology will facilitate the information transfer and optimize the import and doing customs clearance.Finally,the construction and optimization of BIBF logistics information system was analyzed based on the analysis of the information ecology chain theory.
