Supply chain management(SCM)is playing an increasingly important role in thecompetition among enterprises.According to ChristoPher，a well一known Britainscholar，the cometition in the2l century takes place a mong supply chain ratherthan among enterprrises. Hoewever，we find that cach enteprirse has a supply chain，but not all enterpris have their own supply chain.Many enterprises have loose supplychains，which are forned at random and therefore not very competitive.In this case，they will be put into passive positions if any risk arises.For most enterprises，theirsupply chain need be continuously nurtured，consolidated and optimized to turn intotheir core competence.We can revamp ChristoPher’s saying to:The competition inthe21century not only takes place among supply chains，but also becomes a fight forsupply chain optimization.Without supply chain optimization，no enterprise will haveits future.Nowadays，with the emergence of global manufacturing，The buyer leadingmarket environment competes increasingly vigorous， supply chain management hasbecome an important way of enterprise competitiveness and in manufacturingmanagement used widely， most electronic enterprises make an effective supplychain management strategy according to their own characteristics. With the changingmarket conditions and competition， ED company’s survival also faced greatpressure， supply chain management didn’t become ED company’s competitiveadvantage but has many problems， so it is very necessary to optimize the EDcompany’s existing supply chain management. In this paper， we take ED company’ssupply chain management as the research object， analyses the current situation of its supply chain management， points out the existing problems in the supply chainmanagement， and discuss the main problem of purchasing and suppliermanagement， production plan and inventory management， and optimize theseproblems.In this article， through my own work practice， we discuss ED company’s thesupply chain management， and put forward some effective strategy to optimize EDcompany’s supply chain management， this achieved remarkable results. At the sametime， it offer ideas for other domestic electronics manufacturing enterprises toimprove their supply chain management， it have a certain significance for them.
