With 30 years of reform and opening up, China's private enterprises'development and reform has been the focus of national economic reform and opening up. Private enterprises have been to the important force to promote economic and social development, to the main channel to absorb employment, to the important source of national revenue, and to the force of foreign trade. However, with the deepening of China's opening level, to join the WTO as a symbol, on the face of large multinational companies around the world competition and financial crises, the Chinese model of development of private enterprises revealed shortcomings.Because of the particularity of China's market economy, most private enterprises "opportunity" oriented, where profits are put their money where it is. "a real estate + finance + a business" has become a diversification development model of many enterprise with a little scale. Blind diversification causes enterprise fund chain tension. If there is a business problem, it will completely collapse. Blind diversification is the current strategy of widespread misunderstanding of private enterprises. Though the current world-class enterprises are diversified with the development of strategies, such as GE, to point out that the success of GE's diversification development is on the basic of professionalizationThis thesis focused on the phenomenon that strategic management theories had been proposed in our country many years ago, but it did not achieve the desired objectives . Taking actual enterprises for example , the first analyzed the living environment of private enterprises from the strategic perspective; And then combined with 30 years of reform and opening up the development of Chinese private enterprises to take example and compare analysis; The final pointed out that strategy is the base on everlasting, strategic innovation is the key to enterprise everlasting and successful strategic human resource is the security of strategic transformation.
