Earth-shaking changes occurred in labor demand of domestic enterprises because of great changes in global economy environment. It was easy to recruit people only if high salary was provided in the before. At present, no people or enough people can be recruited even with increasing salary. Along with the increasing scale, more and more problems occurred in management system, human resource management system in particularly, which will create great impact on the development of enterprises. Enterprise leaders pay more attention to human resource management system. The companies who accentuate employee training and development tend to have more confidence in market competitive and have better performances, which displays the importance of employee training and development. This paper carries out thorough research and thinking on how to do enterprise training through the redesigning of employee training system of BHG Company Baoding Branch It is very important to do employee training so as to improve the studying and creative ability, employee work performances and organization operation efficiency, and lower employee turnover rate.This paper carries out thorough research on the current human resources management and the training system of BHG Company Baoding Branch On the basis of human resources training theory and multiple survey methods, this paper offers the preconditions and redesigning program of training system reform of Baoding Branch of BHG, illustrating the importance of training for enterprises.The first part of this paper is INTRODUCTION, which introduces the background of enterprise training and the author's topic selecting, makes brief description on this paper's research method, major ideas, basic structure and innovations. In the second part, the author makes brief introduction to BHG Company Baoding Branch Then, the author carries out in-depth analysis on the company'human resources, training, and problems. In the third part, the author proposes the preconditions for the company to carry out employee training system construction. In the fourth part, the author proposes the designing program of employee training system on basis of the company's specific conditions. In the fifth part, the author makes suggestions for the company to carry out employee training system construction.
