Nowadays, the competition is becoming more and more fierce. Because China refined oil market comprehensively opened, and the international oil companies, state-owned oil sales enterprises, and private oil sales enterprise formed into a new pattern in domestic refined oil market. So the state-owned oil sales enterprises are facing unprecedented challenges. What's more, in S areas Petro China and Sinopec compete against each other. So how to enhance market share in S inside the market, and how to improve customer loyalty, become the most concerned of Petro China S sales company.This purpose of this research is that it will analysis the problems of customer relationship management in the firm, and bring forward some suggestions and countermeasures for the company's Customer Relationship Management work, so as to help the company improve its market share and customer loyalty.Firstly, the thesis introduced S sales company briefly, and analyzed the the status quo of Customer Relationship Management. Secondly, it analyzed the problems of CRM in the company. And then, the paper, in the aspect of theoretical method and practical application, puts forward the improving methods in information improvement, customer recognition, customer segmentation, and customer maintenance. At last, this paper puts forward the safeguard measures of implementing CRM in S Sales Company of Petro China.Based on the customer relationship management theory and related marketing knowledge, the paper analyzed the problems of S company'CRM, by using the quantitative and qualitative analysis combining with theoretical study and field survey, it put forward improved methods and related safeguard measures. In this view, this paper has a good reference to improve the performance of CRM in the company and so does it for other oil sales enterprise.
