In recent years, with the rapid development of Chinese economy andtechnology, from the earliest luxury cars have evolved into people’s daily livesmeans of transport, car sales companies have mushroomed, spread throughout everycorner of the city, exacerbated automotive sales industry competition. Developmentof customer relationship management system project, the purpose is to strengthen thecustomer relationship management through to advance the management of thecompany’s customers, thereby gaining competitive differentiation, enhance thecompany’s competitiveness in the market, and thus obtain greater profits.Dongwo car sales customer relationship management system project workbreakdown structure and detailed design that various environmental and resourceconstraints, the preparation of the work of this project has a relational table, workingon project estimated time tables and network plan, and the formation of the projectthe baseline plan.The purpose of the paper is to follow theoretical guidelines, the actual weight ofthe idea of progress management customer relationship management system projectconducted systematic research and exploration.
