The Study On The "Marginalzation" Of Ancient Town Residents In Tourism Development Background

In the past twenty years, the famous historical and cultural villages or towns have gradually become the regional tourism hotspot. The development of tourism in the historical and cultural villages, not only promote the ancient village community economic development, but also promote the national history and culture of the protection and tourism town of progress. But needless to say, in the development background, some ancient town residents have been "marginalized", sharing little achievements of ancient village tourism development, and the contradictions between traveling stakeholders intensified because of conflicts of interest.We must protect and construct the ancient villages or towns. Tourism is the important bridge between town's protection and development. The town's protection is the premise of development. The original resident is the subject of protection of historical and cultural villages or towns. We should fully consider the interests of local residents during tourism development and let them get benefit. Then they can cooperate actively and protect towns'voluntary. Under the background of tourism development, the "marginal" phenomenon has negative effect on sustainable development, protection and the establishment of harmonious society.Through empirical study to the 4 A level scenic spot , the ancient town of Huangyao, we can draw the following conclusions. First,as for residents be "marginalized" , the tourism resources in property rights system arrangement and the heavily rely on foreign capital and technology are the fundamental causes and which be exacerbated by the combination of foreign capital and local government, and obstacles of the residents themselves widespread participation in tourism development also are the important reason. Second, the tourism development goals of the ancient town should be located in the development of residents. How the residents'participation in tourism development and benefit is the core issue of the sustainable development of ancient town tourism and promoting the protecting and the construction harmonious society of ancient town. Lastly, the strategy of constructing harmonious tourism development in ancient town is a feasible measure to make residents never be "marginal".
