The government firstly need to vigorously develop the rural economy in order to establish the economic base old-age security system, secondly need to build three-dimensional, diversified rural old-age security system, once again need to establish and improve the rural old-age security system, finally still need to strengthen the rural old-age security system of relevant laws and regulations to carry out the work.
