With the rapid development of steel industry, iron and steel enterprises profit time has come, the market increasingly competitive, especially in stainless steel production showed more variety, small quantities of trends, customer requirements on time delivery, and provide quality service, past the kind of extensive production management model has been unable to adapt to the steel business management requirements.This paper aims through the use of lean production management theory, to study the process of production management, production management framework built to enable enterprises to have the internal management of the process smoother and more flexible and reasonable production planning, balanced scheduling, scientific production management and control, meet customer needs, win market share.This article is divided into five chapters, the first chapter is the world's economic development impact of iron and steel enterprises, steel companies and the current status of competition in the direction of the development are discussed.The second chapter introduces the theory of production management, production management principles, as well as iron and steel enterprises should meet the requirements of production management.Chapter III B Steel Company's production plan management measures taken in the study, mainly from the overall budget management, monthly, weekly, daily plan preparation procedures and processes were discussed, as well as for different production processes in the preparation of the plan emphasis on different aspects of time are described.Chapter IV B Steel Company's production process control measures were analyzed, information on how to use the current function of the system to establish information management platform to monitor the production process, through in-depth analysis of security for the system, the iron system , steel rolling system in the production system and the operation of the key links, establishing management and control system for key indicators set targets for control.Chapter V is the control effectiveness analysis.Through this study, to focus on for Iron and Steel Group B that is stainless steel production as the mainstay of large iron and steel enterprises in the production of management and how to adapt to changes in market demand, although not completely solve the stainless steel production of small volume, variety, multiple specifications, but to a certain extent, the production can be regulated to reduce customer complaints and achieve optimized production management, and ultimately to shorten the production cycle, accelerate cash flow, reduce costs, improve quality and service level, the pursuit of best value for money targets. Meanwhile, for the custom development of enterprise information foundation.
