This thesis is based on the manufacturing management system of J Company.Lean production is revolutionary production management and epcho-making, which is the most important milestone of human industrialization history. The key ponit is to eliminate waste, to set up high manufacturing efficiency, to improve quality of the product. It represents the modern manufacturing way, and it is practical and effective production management mode. It will help our electrical manufacturing industry to improve their management to higher lever.In this thesis, the writer begins with the organizational structure of his company. Analysises the status of manufacturing management, and find problems in the organizational structure, the layout of production line, the quantity of human resuource, the quality management and inventory management. It recommends a new organizational structure to excute lean production, and re-layout the production line with the thinking of 6S. It can help his company to improve the overall labor efficiency and overall equipment efficiency.And it also recommends the"Zero"stock management. It also provides new target to improve new quality management.This thesis analyzes the cost reduce effect base on the lean excution, it proves that the lean production is a good way to keep a company survive in economic crisis. At last, the writer draws a conclusion for the analysis: Lean production can help a company to get the competitive advantage. The writer also reviews some problems and continues to improve the lean production.
