Lean thinking comes of Japan. The typical study and application of it in Japan is the lean production, in which the Just-in-time Production and Jidoka production mode in Toyota is the most typical application. After the global oil crisis in 1972, Toyota adopts the Just-in-time Production mode and rapidly walks out of trough. Therefore, the Just-in-time Production mode receives Japanese attention from all walks of life. In 1990, the United States of America professor Womack called Toyota mode of production as the" lean production". During the development of Toyota lean production, total quality management is also the key point. Japanese enterprise’s total quality management attracts attention. Total quality management the main idea is to mobilize every employee enthusiasm, ensure product quality from each link proceed of the production and put product quality problems nipped in the bud. Not only for this, process improvement, reduction consumption and efficiency improvement are also brought into the content of Japanese enterprise’s total quality management activities. In the January of 2008, "Toyota Improvement", which is written by Wakamatsu and Kondo, was published by Mechanical Industry Publishing House. It bases on Toyota’s real situations to explain its mode of production (including its implementation means, techniques) [31]. A large number of cross industry case studies are collected in the book to prove the significant contribution of lean thinking. And it uses the form of quotations to popularize the philosophy of lean management and continuous improvement. This is the supplement of lean thinking. In this paper, the research object, A company, is in the market environment in which opportunities and challenges coexist. A company provides an actual case by using Toyota Lean production management pattern derived to reduce manufacturing cost, improve the management system and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Based on the A’s lean value stream analysis, combined with enterprise management research of PQCDSM index and part of the tools practice in the lean production, we explore and establish A company Lean Transformation Planning and evaluation system. The specific lean production tools practice include:IE improvement, SMED,5S management, Factory logistics improvement, Production balance. Lean production plan, Cell, IQC Visual management, QRQC and so on. The successful practice of lean tools created considerable tangible or intangible benefits. With the introduction of lean tools and practice in enterprise, a large number of staff who understand, master the lean production tools and are familiar with lean thinking grow up. They have laid a solid foundation for enterprise management enhancement and performance growth. At the same time, we study how to use electronic information technology tools for management in A company. Based on the ERP system, we develop our suitable information platform and use it to enhance and improve the operation efficiency and response speed, optimize the industrial chain, deal with production abnormal quality status timely, inquire material, schedule logistics and upgrade the operational efficiency of the company. With IT tools, the company will remain the fastest reaction and the most efficient management.
