Today ,everything is changing except change itself. It's hard for an knowledge-based enterprise to keep it's driving competitiveness in the changing market environment. In order to maintain a strong competitive edge ,the enterprise's managers must constantly improve the quality of the employee's competitive power. In other words ,the competition of talent is the completion of knowledge . So the retrain of the employees become an important part of the whole tache of the enterprise. How to actualize speedy and high-effected training becoming a branch research of the Human Resource department of the enterprise . At the same time , the E-Learning have got an rapid development , if we can put the training and E-Learning together ,we should have solved the problem that the HR department met .My thesis is based on how to put training and E-Learning together. The thesis will introduce the basic theories that the training will meet,the main standard of E-Learning system,how to put E-Learning training into practice,how to evaluate and feed back . At last , I will analysis the successful experience of an knowledge-based enterprise that putting E-Learning training System into practice. And I will list 10 traps that the HR department will meet when they put E-Learning training System into practice .Hope it will help .
