Shandong Tobacco Company in recent years through the efforts of staff traininghas taken shape, and formed a more perfect traditional education and training system.But with the change and development of the industry environment, the traditionalmode of education and training have encountered some problems in actual use. Staffeducation and training work has entered a bottleneck period.How to break thisbottleneck, the tobacco education and training to embark on the road of healthydevelopment. This paper tries from the E-learning training from the perspective ofsolving the application of knowledge management theory.Dissertation from the role ofE-learning training, in a scientific analysis of the problem of the status of humanresources training and experience in Shandong Tobacco. Expounded the necessity andfeasibility of E-learning training, Put forward the basic idea and mode of Shandongtobacco companies E-learning training design. This thesis takes the knowledgemanagement and the E-learning theory as the instruction, research on the trainingmode of E-learning education of tobacco company.The main contents of the thesis are as follows:1.The relevant knowledge of knowledge management and E-learning. Startingfrom the definition and the characteristics of knowledge management and E-learning,expounds the basic theory of knowledge management and E-learning, and discussestheir application in enterprise training, and points out that the enterprise training to beeffective, in the current knowledge economy society, integration of knowledgemanagement and E-learning will be the inevitable trend.2.Analysis of Shandong tobacco companies and enterprise staff training. Startingfrom the present situation of Shandong tobacco companies, enterprise training, theexisted in enterprise training issues in-depth analysis. 3.The training system of Shandong tobacco E-learning based on knowledgemanagement. From the point of view of knowledge spiral theory, discusses theShandong tobacco E-learning training alternative pattern, construction of knowledgeput forward line, line, accumulation, knowledge sharing, E-learning training mode.4.Design of Shandong tobacco E-learning training system based on knowledgemanagement. From the practical point of view, put forward a design scheme ofShandong tobacco companies E-learning training system. The structure of thistraining system was analyzed, and put forward the implementation proposal.This study adopts the systematic research method, literature research method,knowledge spiral method, followed by the outside in, from shallow to deep research,theory with practice, a comprehensive and systematic study of the training mode oftobacco E-learning Shandong, and puts forward the design scheme with the Shandongtobacco companies real.
