| In recent years, China's automobile industry develops rapidly and plays an increasingly important role in the economic and social development. With China's accession to WTO and the tariffs, quotas and other protective umbrellas disappearing, China's automobile manufacturing enterprises will face a higher environmental requirement and a greater competition pressure than usual. Therefore, the enterprises should pay more attention to reducing costs, while improving their production and operation ability, and even environmental management. In order to survive and develop better, many automobile enterprises introduced the model of lean production, thus inducing the demand for research on lean logistics.This paper, in line with the principles of logistics management and the evolution of lean logistics, under the research on the logistics of auto production industry, combining auto logistics with lean logistics, tends to analyze the essence of lean logistics and its impact on the enterprises'competitive advantage and tries to propose the implementation methods of lean logistics. The researching object of this study is production logistics centering on automobile manufacturing enterprises. Given the analysis of the core of lean logistics and the models of Levelized Logistics, Shun cited Parts Logistics and Kanban delivery; this paper discusses the influence of various models on improving logistics efficiency, lowering production costs, shortening production time and production cycle and enhancing the core competitiveness of automobile enterprises. In writing this paper, the writer combines theories and his 8 years of practical experience in working, and analyzes the application of lean logistics in parts logistics, material handling methods, information technology support to production logistics in Tianjin FAW Toyota Motor Co., Ltd. Meanwhile, the writer makes an in-depth discussion on application of P-lane. |
