Along with global economy developing and market competition hotting up, human resource is gradually attached importance to by enterprise. The role of human resource management is getting more and more important. The performance management which is in the core position in human resource management contributes to the achievement of enterprise strategic objectives by consistently improving organisational and personal performance.The thesis designs the DX Corporation's performance management system with the research method of BSC. Firstly, the article introduces the basic theories on performance management and compares the differences between performance appraisal and performance management. Then, the article presents several methods of performance management, especially BSC. Secondly, it analyses DX Corporation's current situation in terms of the macroscopic environment, the organisation structure, the state of operation, performance management and so on. After that, the article indicates the problems in DX Corporation's performance management. Thirdly, according to DX Corporation's strategic objectives, it designs corporate, departmental and personal performance appraisal indicators in turn. In addition, it defines the weight of each indicator by the method of AHP. Lastly, the article betters the performance management system in terms of performance communication, performance feedback interview and the application of performance appraisal results.Designing DX Corporation's performance management system with the research method of BSC, which implements corporate strategic objectives on staff is favourable to the the achievement of strategic objectives. Meantime, perfect performance management system contributes to the implement and operation of performance management and plays effective supervisory and stimulating roles on staff.
