Promoted by the dual dynamic of international production and global marketing, the global supply chain forming and developing rapidly, and a new way to enhance the competitiveness is given to enterprises. With the continuous development of Tianjin Bonded Area, the level of international logistics operation and intensive level increase gradually in bonded area, which making a large number of major electronic manufacturers view the bonded area as an important strategic base of zero inventory production and the center of international logistics distribution in order to achieve the goals of zero inventory, size distribution and rapid market response. But compared to the surrounding Free Trade Zone, the international distribution industry of electronic products in Tianjin Bonded Area is at a disadvantage in international competition because of relatively backward customs management mechanism and management system of Tianjin Bonded Area.Since the eighties of last century, the world economy and the market environment has undergone tremendous changes, and 3C which represents Customer, competition, and Change becomes the new theme in business field. The management mode based on division of labor theory gradually exposed maladies, such as high organization management costs, low management productivity, department conflict, unrealized customer requirements and lack of innovation awareness, etc. Michael Hammer proposed the concept of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) in 1990 firstly. Subsequently, Michael Hammer and James Champy lift a wave of the practice and research on BPR, which rethinking the traditional management ideas and models fundamentally and reengineering them totally in order to realize significant improvements in four key performance including cost, quality, service and speed.This paper builds the innovation model of BPR based on TRIZ firstly by analyzing the inadequacies of existing research on BPR theory, as well as the applicability of TRIZ to the BPR. It then obtains the key management dimensions of electronic products distribution based on analyzing the characteristics of electronic products distribution, and takes Asian logistics center of Motorola for example and describes the management status. By analyzing the applicability of BPR to management innovation and the external constraints when implementing BPR, It presents the management innovation path of international distribution of Asian logistics center of Motorola in the sixth chapter. On this basis, the paper concludes a new management mode of Asian logistics center of Motorola which called the Management Mode Based on Process finally.
