On the one hand, it can the development beside the eco-tourism in the natural reserves may promote the development of economy and enhance the living standards of community resident; On the other hand, it may strengthen the ecological and the environmental protection consciousness of the public, reduces the impact and the pressure of traditional tourism activities on the environment and the resources, to the dual purpose of the eco-tourism protection and the construction of the natural environment With strong ecological, social and economic comprehensive benefits. At present, the development of ecological tourism is still in the stage of exploration in Huihe National Nature Reserve, so developing and using huihe wetland resources is a brand-new domain. Therefore, it has important practical significance for us to research the development of ecological tourism in Huihe Nature Reserve.This article is divided into six parts. The first part of my article expounds the purposes and the significance of researching eco-tourism development in Huihe National Nature Reserve, and ecological tourism research at home and abroad of the current situation. The second chapter is the basic concept and basic theory research of nature reserves ecotourism, including the classification of natural protection ways, ecological tourism in concept, characteristics, etc. And it constructed nature reserves eco-tourism theoretical system from the relation between human and land theory, ecological theory, tourism economical theory and the sustainable development theory etc. The third chapter the author summarizes the resource status in two aspects of the Huihe Nature Reserve-natural geographical conditions and surrounding social economic activity. The forth chapter the tourist resources of Huihe Nature Reserve have been analyzed and evaluated comprehensively by using the utilization fuzzy mathematics theory and the method on the bases of collecting large materials and massive investigation data. Fist of all, the constructed matrix method is used to determine the weight of each evaluation index, and then the method which unified the tourist investigation and the judging by tourists investigating and expert group is used to confirm the subordination. Thus the author established the quantitative evaluation index system and the mathematical model of fuzzy evaluation for the Huihe Nature Reserve. In chapter 5, the author got a conclusion by using the SWOT model analysis and draw: Huihe Nature Reserve should choose the fight aggressive strategy to develop the eco-tourism. The last chapter in this paper, the exploration for ecotourism strategy attempts has been made and some concrete development measures have been advanced by combining with the present situation of the development of Huihe Nature Reserve. |
