In the new century, with the further development of economic globalization and rapid advances in information technology, a new round of international service outsourcing industry and promote the transfer of the main important driving force for world economic prosperity, international financial services outsourcing has also been rapid development. Global financial services institutions, especially the developed countries more and more financial institutions, the original bearer of the business transferred to the outsourcing enterprises. In the past few years, the domestic financial services to undertake international outsourcing market growing steadily, but in general smaller, low permeability. The major developed countries to provide financial services outsourcing, staff quality issues as a constraint to China's international financial services outsourcing industry development bottleneck, staff training and more important.Management and human resources management theory as the guide of this paper, use the empirical research method to collect the operation data from XX Company existing training management mode. This paper uses the qualitative and quantitative methods to find the problems and analysis the causes.
