With the arrival of knowledge-economy, the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more heated and heated, and only through encouraging the staff effectively, improving their sense of satisfaction and getting them make every effort to bring more profits can enterprises remain invincible. Even though there are various factors that are affacting employers'sense of satisfaction, yet salary is undoubtedly the key, and thus it is also one of the most frequently-used tools to encourage the staff by managers. According to our previous study, we assume that the changing period of staff's satisfaction on salary generally takes on a "zhi" shape after getting a raise. However, different staff have different perception owing to individual differences. Hence, there exist certain differences on the time period of salary satisfaction for employers who have different characteristics. Based on the study and questionnaire about relevant theory both at home and abroad, we find that staff's perception on salary satisfaction show certain difference under different statistical properties, and this paper will try to study the periodical difference of salary satisfaction with salary rise as the premise, and gender, working time, education and position as influencing factors.This paper is composed of five parts:introduction, literature review, empirical design, empirical analysis and suggestions on management.Chapter one illustrates the background, significance and procedure of this research; Chapter two will generally review the literature about salary satisfaction both at home and abroad, which can lay the theoretical foundation for the present research; Chapter three will propose the empirical program, design the questionnaire and interview programs, choosing to investigate the salary satisfaction of staff in various enterprises; in Chapter four, differences of employers'salary satisfaction under statistical surroundings will be focused through descriptive accounting and evaluation of employers'satisfaction and its periodical difference as well as T checking and mono-factored analysis; as for the analysis results, Chapter five will propose some solutions about improving staff's satisfaction and how to raise salary scientifically.After studying the periodical differences of employers'salary satisfaction, this paper comes to the following conclusion:generally speaking, employers' salary satisfaction is not high; there are apparent differences in salary satisfaction attributing to employers' gender, working time, education and positions. |
