With the business world and academia paying more and more attention to "soft data" in Human Resource Management, Employee Well-being is increasingly becoming a hot topic in the field of management research in western countries. However, domestic research on well-being is limited to a few specific groups, while Employees of enterprice share only a small portion. On the basis of reviewing and analyzing Employee Well-being, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Job Performance theoretically, this paper pioneered the psychological variable Employee Well-being, whose research area is chosen to be psychological well-being, as the predictor of Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Job Performance, aiming to find out the deep relationship among the three variables in an empirical study.Before the large-sample survey was launched, Exploratory Factor Analysis was made to test the scale of Employee Well-being, through which the original five dimensions was concentrated to four. Then a nationwide survey was launched on the web. 330 valid questionnaires from different enterprises and job categories were collected finally. In this study, SPSS16.0 and AMOS17.0 statistical software were used to carry on the reliability analysis, Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Structural Equation Modeling, which aimed to fit the sub-model and the overall model. The main conclusion is as followings:(1) Employee Well-being has a significant positive impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior;(2) Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a significant positive impact on the Job Performance;(3) Employee Well-being has a little indirect positive impact on the Job Performance via the role of Organizational Citizenship Behavior; (4) The impact of Employee Well-being on Job Performance was not significant mainly because of the low Employee Autonomy.Accordingly, this article also put forward some management strategies on establishing and promoting Employee Well-being as well as stimulating and guiding Organizational Citizenship Behavior, deepening the practical significance of this study.
