Through the for-test, we adjust the index and frame to construct the small stylebook questionnaires. Then survey and analysis for a large sample, through the exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis based on the242enterprises data using SPSS17.0and AMOS17.0, we find that job embeddedness has three dimensions:coupling, matching and sacrifice. At the same time, organizational citizenship is measured by five dimensions, including self-indentify organization, assist colleague, not make trouble, evidently and respect. Work performance includes task performance and contextual performance. We build a structural model about job embeddedness, organizational and working performance, and find that job embeddedness promotes organizational citizenship and work performance, at the same time organizational citizenship improves the increase of work performance. Finally, this paper draws the conclusion at the same time analysis its shortcomings, it provides the direction and thinking for the follow-up study about job embeddedness.
