Enterprise development strategy focuses on business development as the soul and guiding ideology of long-term development plan. D was a high-tech manufacturing enterprise specializing in LCD/LCM in small and medium sizes and the produces related. Faced with fierce competition in complex external environment, developing scientific development strategy was crucial for D's business objectives.Used the principle, methods and tools of enterprise development strategy, followed the pattern of Ask question-Analyze general situation-Solve problems, this paper discussed on D's development strategy with detailed analysis and in-depth study.To show the strengths and weaknesses of D, this paper used PEST analysis and Porter Five Forces Models synthetically after made analysis of external and industrial environment. To show the opportunities and challenges, this paper made analysis of internal resources and capacity. Generalized the job above, this paper expounded the views of D's development strategy systematically, and then, provided the implementation strategy and protection measures correspondingly.With the study of development strategy, this paper was committed to give assistance to D's decision on development strategy as well as to give proposal for reference in order to maintain the competitive advantages and promote its development.
