According to the system of power supply of our data and statistical data of electric power supply industry in China,in the year 2015,China's total electricity is about 55500 kwh,an increase of 0.5% in 2016,so that in the future,with the development of China's economy,demand for electricity is expected to grow at will high speed,the year-on-year growth rate will remain at around 9.4%.From a global point of view,in the world in the field of electricity,lighting consumes 1/5 of the world's electricity generating capacity.China's electricity consumption for lighting accounts for 13% of the total electricity generation,has exceeded the current 510 billion kwh.December 2009,the global climate conference held in Copenhagen,denmark.The participants in the consultations,basically reached a consensus that now people's way of life and production,energy saving and environmental protection for the growing awareness of the citizens of all countries in the world to understand China and the world of green,environmental protection and energy saving deepening.For the global electricity consumption growing fact,improve lighting efficiency of existing lighting products has gradually become the world and our main way of curbing global carbon emissions,China's products gradually by the incandescent lamp energy-saving lamps and LED lighting products are replaced,which also marks the country and residents in our country for energy saving lighting products demand continue to increase.In summary,we can see that China's LED lighting products are ushering in a period of rapid development.In this paper,referring to the development of rare earth LED lamp of several professional literature,mastered the principle of rare earth LED lamp and strategic management theory.According to the core technology of AC-LED,develop a new type of rare earth luminescent materials LED life controlled technology,from the light source to solve the existing problems of the LED light strobe,realizes the miniaturization of lighting products,and the service life of the LED lamp has been greatly improved,reducing energy consumption,to achieve the purpose of green environmental protection,cost savings.Through the study of strategic theory,the tools needed to carry out the development strategy analysis.In this paper,on the basis of the technology of rare earth LED lamp,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of LED,and analyzes the internal and external causes of the problem.Based on the theory of competition,this paper studies the external environment,politics,economy,society,technology and other aspects of product development,and objectively analyzes the present situation of industrial environment of rare earth LED lamps.Analysis of Zhongke photoelectric LED light rare earth,including the analysis of the products in the market segmentation,product production and sales of products,a comprehensive analysis of the integrated use of PEST analysis and SWOT matrix analysis,this paper discusses the determination of product advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats,and develop strategies to ultimately determine the matrix analysis of effective development strategy according to the.In accordance with the SWOT matrix analysis and PEST analysis,this paper developed a differentiation strategy and focus strategy,total cost control strategy,the differentiation strategy as a fundamental,centralized strategy on the basis of market segmentation,in improving the scientific and technological input and government policy support on the basis of the overall strategic cost control strategy the.Finally,in order to ensure the successful implementation of the strategy,the need to increase efforts in research and development of products,ensure the products meet the needs of the market;to pay attention to product quality,create excellent products;to continue to research and development of the market,widen the road for development;to add money and government communication,active use of national government policy advantage to build its own brand culture;and further enhance the competitiveness of products.
