Abstract/Summary:
The project feasibility study is an important step of the engineering project earlier period management. With the time going by, the project feasibility study gets more and more attention from the constructor. This article makes certain discussion on the route plan and the optimization of route plan related questions, being take the Enshi outer ring expressway project as a backing, being select the optimization of it's route plans in the feasibility study stage.The article mainly has conducted the research in the content from the following several aspects:The analysis of demanding for Enshi outer ring expressway. Firstly it has analyzed the Enshi area comprehensive transportation present situation and the trend of development. Secondly it has summarized the construction background of the planned project, and the construction background carries on the narration from three aspects:The social environment maps construction significance, and other transportation engagement situation as well as related path existence question. Finally in the project future traffic volume estimating's foundation, qualitative and the quota union has carried on the demand forecast to this project.The establishment of a synthetic indicator system to optimize Enshi outer ring expressway route plans. Firstly proposed already drew up four alternative plan's basic information, next had determined the optimized appraisal's method--pessimistic element analytic method, through to affects the route plan choice the target to carry on the analysis. Finally, from the society, the economy, the technology and the environmental protection four aspects established the Enshi outer ring expressway route plan to optimize the quality synthetic evaluation six indicator systems.The establishment of the synthesis optimization model for route plans. Unified the chapter establishment the evaluating indicator system, the utilization pessimistic element analytic method has extracted four alternative plan interrelatedness compound ash Yuan, has established the Enshi outer ring expressway route plan synthesis optimization evaluation model. And, has determined the evaluating indicator weight with the entropy scaling coefficient law. Extracts the interrelatedness compound ash Yuan size synthesis has reflected the various plans relative fit and unfit quality, therefore, what the designation computed result is biggest, sorting before is the recommendation plan.The constructing suggestion, conclusion and forecast. According to the characteristic of the project's recommendation plans, the fifth chapter has given the construction suggestion briefly, including the constructing arrangement and the opinional implements. In the end, the article compares the constructed conclusion which the synthesis optimization model obtains, with that other optimized model obtained finally, explaining that this model owns the feasibility and usability. Simultaneously it also proposed the applicating insufficiency and needing improvement of the optimized method selected this time.
