Evaluating Growth Ability And Studying Development Path Of Creative Economy In Jinhua

In the background of global economic crisis, in order to achieve economic recovery and growth, development innovation economy become to each country or area’s focus. Since reforming and opening, Jinhua had achieved a historic leap from agricultural to industrial economy through developed township enterprises and opened economy. With the Jinhua’s economic developing, the two economic development vitality and power has been fully released and have not any more advantage. In the challenges of the economic growth momentum’s weakening and resources’ restriction, it is the focus, both theory and practice, how Jinhua change the pattern of development, promote the regional competitiveness and achieve the third economic restructuring. In view of this problem, this paper uses the actual investigation method, literature method, comparative analysis method, analytic hierarchy process and build the VAR model combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method, and then according to the research results, put forward Jinhua to develop innovative economic path and countermeasures.This paper go further into the definition and characteristic of’innovation economy based on analysis and review of the study of innovation economy at home and abroad, then analyze the mechanism of innovation economic development. This paper builds evaluation index system of innovative economic growth capacity based on analytic Hierarchy Process evaluation construct theory, and classify the evaluation index into innovative resources, innovative organization and innovation affect, reference the research of innovative economic and in accordance with the evaluation principles and the actual situation of Jinhua. Secondly, this paper determines various targets weight using the Yaahp software according to the evaluation index system and combining with the academic scientific research level, the research condition and the expert advice and actual condition. Based on this, this paper copes with the Jinhua’s innovative economic indicator data using the Logistic pattern, evaluates the developing ability of innovative economic combination with innovative economic growth capacity index weights, meanwhile, using VAR pattern to analyzes thoroughly innovative resources, innovative organization and innovative affect. Due to the complexity of the innovative economy, it is not possible to reveal thoroughly by simple development index and mathematical models. So this paper finds the main problem that constraint Jinhua’s innovative economic according with fieldworks, interviews and the related research. The result demonstrates indicated that Jinhua has improve the innovative economic growth ability, however, it has many problems, such as the quality and level of innovative economic development are relatively low, the base to develop innovative resource is weak, lack of creativity and the conversion rate from innovations of is low, etc.Thirdly, on the basis of the analysis of the Jinhua City’s innovative economic development, in the view of the deficiencies in the development process, this paper study the talent construction, cooperation by production, study and research, innovation intermediary, regional linkage, and then put forward some suggestions about promoting Jinhua’s innovative economic develop.Ultimately, summarizes this paper and points out that need further research question, such as the definition of conception of innovative economy, the consummation of innovation economic evaluation indicator system, the research method should be more diversified and the routes of development of innovation economy and so on.
