With the advent of globalization and information, China has entered the era of knowledge economy in the twenty-first century, With the growth of Chinese economy, China's urbanization process also speeding up, China's fixed asset investment continued to expand,as a pillar industry of national economy----construction industry, should follow the spirit of the times of knowledge economy, changing from extensive management model to intensive management model gradually. in addition to the traditional use of a variety of technical, should also be on the construction project and enterprise knowledge management process, especially to manage tacit knowledge in construction projects and enterprises, so that each construction project and enterprise tacit knowledge can share and re-use, through share and re-use achieved knowledge sharing and innovation,on the limited project and enterprise and to better achieve project and business goals, and enhance their market competitiveness. In the construction business theory and practice of knowledge management, knowledge sharing became the core of the successful implementation of knowledge management issues in knowledge sharing, tacit knowledge sharing is the most difficult problem, what is the characteristics of tacit knowledge sharing, and which obstacles, factors and difficulties affect their share, how to encourage peoples to share tacit knowledge, what mechanism should be established in knowledge sharing? these issues not only the key issues of theory and practice of tacit knowledge sharing, but also the blind spot in current construction of the theory of tacit knowledge sharing, although many of the studies focused building tacit knowledge sharing, and try to give the answers to solve this problem, but the total of speaking, research in this area is still at an exploratory stage, and very less, it is in this case, I decided to choese it as the topic of my master's thesis, through my research, hopeing to solve architectural theory and practice of tacit knowledge sharing and make my contribution to this difficult problems.This article consists of four major components. The first part is an introduction section. The second part is the basic theory section,, this part Make the interpretation of knowledge, tacit knowledge and tacit knowledge sharing From the different angles, The third part combine with the current characteristics of Construction enterprises tacit knowledge sharing, analyze the Barriers and factors exist in the process of Construction enterprises tacit knowledge sharing. The fourth part is the focus of this paper and innovation. The fourth part based on the foregoing discussion, using the system dynamics model in a targeted manner presented building tacit knowledge sharing countermeasures sciencely, in orad to guide and inspire construction enterprises managing in practice and achieving tacit knowledge sharing effectively,and improve the competitiveness of construction enterprises, so that construction companies can sustainable development, another it can make Contribution to China's construction industry and to our harmonious society.
